Wow, I am offended by this interview. I am the owner of "The Skate Shop" and I take great pride in my business. Skating is huge in Illinois and is mostly adults. This is a very social way to excersice and it is very theraputic. I am still in business because I care so much for all of my customers, they become part of my family. I have excellent customer service and will stop at nothing to make sure my customers are happy. I have been here for 35 years and I will do whatever it takes to say. I have other jobs so we have unusual hours but i would not change it for the world. Hope this answers your mysterious question..
