Last year, Patch posted an article on rapper and Homewood-Flossmoor High School senior, Rockie Fresh. During the video interview we posted, he talked about hoping to get his break one day soon—that everything happens for a reason.
Well, only a year after he uttered those words, it was just announced that Rockie Fresh signed with Rick Ross’ Maybech Music Group (he’s the guy that sings that song, “Hustilin’”). Needless to say, it’s a pretty big deal, and something to be proud of. Congratulations to our H-F’s own Rockie Fresh on his accomplishment.
