Flossmoor Seeks H-F High School Art: On the Agenda

Flossmoor Sculpture Garden May Feature H-F High School Art
The Flossmoor Public Arts Commission is recommending the village include a sculpture produced by H-F High School students to its famed sculpture garden rotation. The piece selected is called “Bell Tower” and it is currently being constructed by students in acclaimed teacher Greg Petecki’s class. Should the board approve, the sculpture will be loaned to the village for three years. A concrete pad in front of the Flossmoor public library has already been selected to showcase the piece.
Phase One Water System Improvement Contract
Trustees will vote to give $87,681 to HR Green Inc. for design engineering services associated with the phase one water system improvement plan.
