President Obama isn’t the only South Chicago representative attending the inauguration ceremony next Monday.
Sometime Friday afternoon, four trucks filled with 2000 barricades from AAA Rental in Markham will depart for Washington D.C. to help build the perimeter for the parade route from the Capitol Building to the White House.
This is the fourth presidential inauguration AAA Rental has been involved with, according to owner Jay Heiferman of Homewood. He says this is the largest inaugural order his company’s had to date.
The South Suburban rental company is also involved in Chicago’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Bud Billiken Parade and Pride Parade, among many other large-scale events.
