The Homewood Firefighters Union's inaugural “First Due Poker Run”

If you were deafened by the roar of motorcycle engines in downtown Homewood last weekend, don't hold too much of a grudge—it was for a good cause.

The Homewood Firefighters Union hosted their inaugural “First Due Poker Run” last Saturday and, as the video indicates, turnout was pretty good.

The event featured a multi-stop motorcycle ride with games and prizes along the 120-mile course. Some of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Brian Carey Scholarship fund.
