Churchill School Third Graders Thrilled with New Dictionaries
On Nov. 8, the Homewood Rotary Club gave away free dictionaries to every third grade student in the towns of Homewood, Flossmoor and Glenwood as part of their service mission to promote literacy.
At Homewood's Churchill School, more than 200 students received their dictionaries during a special assembly.
