The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is conducting a review of the way District 153 makes educational placement decisions for students with disabilities.  At the end of its review, ISBE will provide recommendations to the school district that will help it improve education for these students.

As part of that process, ISBE will hold a public forum to gather information about how District 153 works with parents and guardians in deciding how and where students with disabilities will be educated.
