Currently, they are busy focusing on learning quadratic equations and the Pythagorean theorem. Eli and Noah also began competing in the math bowl when they were in first grade. Every year, they have been selected to compete with students from other districts in their age bracket. In first grade, Noah earned first place and Eli earned second place. In second grade, Eli earned first place and Noah earned second place. In third grade, the boys earned third and fourth place. Eli actually won the competition again in fourth grade for his age bracket. Also, the boys can be spotted spending time at the University of Chicago where their dad is head of the Economics division.
