Treat yourself to a A Day of Zen. Steve McCabe will facilitate a day of walking and sitting meditation which will include Dharma talks and question & answer periods. Steve has been a Zen student for 13 years and facilitates The Wetlands Zen group at Insight Awareness every Sunday evening. Suggested donation is $15. Please bring your lunch or a dish to share at noon. Event goes from 9am to 4pm but if you need to leave before 4pm, you are welcome to stay as long as you can.
