Free Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening in Matteson
Centers for Aortic Diseases at the University of Chicago is raising awareness for Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) by offering a free ultrasound screening for at-risk individuals who are 60 years and older on Friday, September 28th.
The risk for AAA increases for individuals that are 60 years or older, have a history of smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesteral or a family history of the disease.
The screenings, which take approximately 10 minutes, will be held from 8am-5pm at One Prairie Center, 4749 Lincoln Mall Drive, Suite 500 Matteson, IL

Prairie State College (PSC) is a two-year community college offering associate degrees and certificates. Students can start at Prairie State College and transfer to a four year college or university for a bachelor’s degree.
