Come ask, observe, and experience for yourself, this hidden gem in the south suburbs! 

Our Mastermind Group, a dedicated support group of all things Insight Awareness, intends to get the word out about our awesome place and space we know and love.  This group of amazing people want to see it grow and prosper and serve as a beacon of light to all that are drawn.  To that end, the group will be sponsoring a series of Meet 'n Greets on a monthly basis.  The format is simple... the doors are open to inquisitive residents in the south suburbs.  They can ask questions, browse and shop the Dragonfly Gift Shop, meet a couple of our featured practitioners and/or teachers, possibly watch a brief demonstration, sip a cup of tea, simply sit and experience the peace that permeates our space, sign up for courses and private sessions, and chat with John and Valerie, Insight Awareness's Co-Owners.

Featuring a meet and greet with:  

Dr. Renee Garrick, Dr. Renee Garrick, with a doctorate in education, has an extensive background in multiple holistic wellness modalities.  Renee uses her passion to support spiritual growth in others, particularly with heart-centered hypnotherapy, transpersonal psychology, breath therapy, and subtle energy techniques.  She also specializes in Reiki, Pranic Healing, Color Therapy, yoga and yoga therapy.  As an ordained minister, she delights in reconnecting everyone to their 'true' beautiful selves.  Renee calls for each of us to "Remember, you are the Light!"

And

Mary Kritikos is a born intuitive channel, experienced in Alchemy and Shamanism.  She uses a variety of transmuting, regenerative healing techniques designed to reveal and dissolve energetic patterns, restore creativity and vitality and promote consciousness.  With focus on Emotional and Spiritual Alchemy as they effect body/mind/soul at the cellular level, Mary encourages your expanded awareness.  And as a Clinical Aromatherapist, she specializes in energetic and emotional release with therapeutic essential oils.
