More About Homewood School District 153
Homewood School District 153 is comprised of the Village's public elementary schools: Willow (pre-K - 2nd grade); Churchill (3rd - 4th grade); Millenium (5th - 6th grade) and James Hart (7th - 8th grade). The district covers most of Homewood and parts of Glenwood and Hazel Crest. Homewood Schools class sizes are small and parent volunteerism and community involvement is high. District 153 works to make technology a regular part of student learning, in addition to art, music, theater and athletic events.
