Family-friendly Homewood Days will feature carnival rides, games, three stages of live entertainment and local fare. 

Hours are Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday noon to 9 p.m.

There is a daily $5 admission fee for adults and children 12 years old and over. Children 11 and under enter free of charge. Proceeds benefit the Homewood Area Chamber of Commerce.

Homewood Days concludes Sunday with the Homewood International Cycling Classic, the longest-running multi-day bicycle race in the U.S, attracting category one and two riders, who go on to compete in races such as the Tour de France.
 
There will be multiple cycling races throughout the day with the first race beginning at 10 a.m.

The following streets will be closed for the Bike Race on July 10: 
Dixie Highway from 183rd Street to Hickory Road, Hickory Road from Dixie Highway to Martin Avenue, Martin Avenue from 183rd Street to Hickory Road, Olive Road from Morris Avenue to Martin Avenue, Morris Avenue from 183rd Street to Olive Road,
183rd Street north lanes only from Dixie Highway to Morris Avenue.

Homewood days sucked this year. You should have left Bill Frank and Steve Ploum run the show. Very dissapointed. w

I think it should be renamed "Chintzy Carnival Days"! There was very little of Homewood to experience except that it was located there. I thought the initial reason Homewood Days started was to support local businesses.........What happened? You took an annual event that many people looked forward to and changed it into an event to avoid!
