Northwestern College's Fall Blood Drive is a Successful One!

[Bridgeview, IL]  On Tuesday, October 29, Northwestern College hosted its fall blood drive at its Bridgeview Campus located at 7725 S. Harlem Avenue. The blood drive, one of the most successful drives in the past several years, was sponsored by the college’s Medical Assisting Department in conjunction with the Heartland Blood Center.

According to the Heartland Blood Center, Northwestern College’s blood drive collected 29 units of blood, with nine additional people being deferred.  This is the highest draw the college has had since 2009 and well surpassed its goal of 20 units.

All donors were employees and students of Northwestern College.
