A Girls' Night Out Without Breaking the Bank: Frugal Family

How to spend a fun night out with your friends without breaking the bank.

It's fun to spend a night with your friends, but how can you get out without spending too much? Here are some great ideas!

Take a class together at !

Art 4 Soul is such a fun, funky place to shop, but it's also a lot of fun and not much money to take a wide variety of classes. There's a private space upstairs dedicated to the classes. Get your girlfriends together and get an evening out, with something to show for it.

Have a wine tasting at .

Cooper's Hawk is a beautiful restaurant for an upscale dinner, but you can have a wine tasting with your friends for little or no money. Cooper's Hawk allows you to taste two to three wines with no cost, and for only a nominal price ($7.65) you can have a full eight varieties of wine tasting. An evening with your friends for less than $10? What a deal!

There will be free entertainment including some local bands. You can have a lot of fun and your pocketbook won't feel the pinch.

Another fun and frugal event for you and your girlfriends is the Park Forest Art Fair—also this weekend! Located in downtown Park Forest, you can browse paintings, photographs, ceramics, sculpture and much more. There will be entertainment as well, so let the frugal fun times roll!
