Great job, guys. The audio clip was great. Good convo about the hotel, too. I think Chris is right, it may just be a matter of positioning the hotel differently. If I were coming to this area for beer tourism and to get away with my wife, I'd likely pick the boutique hotel over the casino. In the end, options make humans happy, and as Ryan suggested, the casino will probably increase business for the boutique hotel.

I think that Josh Deabel and all of the rest should ask questions and lots of them. Chicago Heights is known for sliding things past the citizens. One of things that annoyed me was when they moved the comments from the audience to the beginning of the meeting. Once they did this citizens could not comment on the items discussed. Also how are alderman able to speak to their constituents regarding issues when they do not receive the information until a few days before the council meeting?
