Get a Sneak Peek Behind the Big Wheels of Homewood Public Works
Tour Homewood Public Works Saturday, May 17.
Homewood residents are invited to get a closer look at what makes Homewood Public Works tick.
The department will host an open house Saturday, May 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the facility, 17755 Ashland Avenue.
Kids can get behind the wheel of the heavy equipment—with supervision from department staff, of course—and all can enjoy hotdogs, popcorn, crafts and more. Check out department staff showing of big tricks with the big machines.
Parking is available along Maple Road, Pine Road, Cedar Road and Tienstra Court, also in the Canadian National Parking lot which is next door to the facility.
