Last Chance for A Giant Nerf Battle with the Park District

Homewood-Flossmoor residents 16 and under should get ready for the ultimate Nerf showdown, as the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District hosts 'Nerf Wars.' The event will be held Tuesday, March 26, from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District Auditorium.

Beginning at 2 p.m. with the eight and younger division, the event will be broken down by age groups, with each group battling for two hours at a time. Teams are encouraged to dress in battle gear and participants must be at the event prior to their battle time to go over the safety rules.

The cost for the event is $35 for residents and $52.50 for non-residents.
