Dutton was charged with disorderly conduct after twice attempting to lure a teenage girl into his modified 'porn truck,' which contained, among other things, a handcuff bar, various sex toys, and literature about bondage and torture, according to police reports.

: THANK YOU PATCH!

: I do believe this guy will set his sights on someone else and I also believe that that young girl will be in great danger. It's sad our kids cant walk down the street and be safe. This guy has plans and he will carry them out. He will have to do something first before he gets in trouble. Kind of sad because he pretty much painted a picture of what his plans are.

: ...I like the idea of a photo of him and of his truck. It wouldn't be a bad idea, either, if the could hold a seminar, or community education on how we can talk to our kids about what they should do if they are approached by someone such as this resident. It's a great reminder to us that we need to remain proactive as a community to be aware of how to deal with the reality that there are people who may pose a danger to our kids. Would also love to see the court help this man get the help and supervision that he needs.

Flossmoor Police arrested believed to be responsible for the recent string of Flossmoor residential burglaries.

A 17-year-old Flossmoor resident and an 18-year-old Chicago Heights resident were charged by detectives in association with the four nighttime residential burglaries in the Heather Hills area that occurred during the past two weeks, according to police. The two were charged with residential burglary, unlawful use of credit cards and burglary of a motor vehicle, police said.

Here's what a few H-F readers had to say about the arrests:

: While I am glad that they believe they caught the individuals, I am sad to hear it was people so young. These teens may not yet see the consequences that these crimes are going to impact on their lives.

: Thank God these criminals aren't rocket scientists, they got caught using a credit card, go figure!!

: Doesn't matter if they are caught.. they won't be punished. My home was burglarized in Homewood, kid was charged as an adult, and days later he was outside his home again as if nothing happened.. As i sit on my couch now and watch him across the street (we were neighbors!!).. it still burns me up that he did not receive any punishment and i get to be punished by seeing my insurance premiums go up because i had to file a claim to replace items he stole. Justice right?
