Synopsis: THE GREAT AMERICAN TRAILER PARK MUSICAL

A storm’s a brewin down in Armadillo Acres, Florida’s premier Trailer Park Community!  Jeannie Garstecki hasn’t left her trailer in 28 years, while her put-upon, toll booth collector husband Norbert gets involved with Pippi, a heart-of-gold stripper.  Unfortunately, Pippi has a bent-on-revenge boyfriend who keeps the proceedings lively.  All through the tale we are kept up to speed by our own ‘Greek Chorus’ of Betty, Lin (that’s short for Linoleum) and Pickles.   In addition to an extended run in New York, Trailer Park has toured the US, the UK and Australia.  This off-Broadway hit, which TalkinBroadway described as a ‘wheel-spinning, mud-splattering good time of a show’, is filled with pop, rock and country tunes you’ll be humming well after you’ve left the theatre.  While the show does contain adult themes and language, the witty and engaging script is much more about fun and warmth, delivering lines and jokes you will laugh at in spite of yourself.
