Live Music Summer Series at Twisted Q BBQ
Homewood barbecue hot spot Twisted Q is continuing its live music series throughout the summer with a bevy of upcoming local acts.
This summer, Twisted Q Barbecue and Bakery is serving up their locally famous 14-hour slow cooked barbecue with a side of live music.
“The south suburbs has been lacking in music venues for the last ten years," said event promoter Dave Rudolph, in a Patch blog post. "I'm excited for the eclectic lineup of artists we're presenting.”
Upcoming artists include Charlie Cheney, Groovesession and the Dooley Brothers.

The next session kicks off tonight, June 21, at 8 p.m. with Bill & Eli Perras. A $10 cover charge applies.
Twisted Q also offers a free open mic night every Wednesday night.
