WANTED: A Maintenance Supervisor is needed for Park Forest Apartment Community. Applicants must have knowledge of plumbing (including sweating pipes, operating large rodder, etc), electric, drywall and HVAC. Job requirements include management of a small crew and participation in completing work orders, unit turns, full remodels, ordering supplies, keeping inventory, supervising contractors as needed and more. Must be a team player and preference will be shown to those with multi-family housing experience. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, on-call and weekends as required. WANTED:  Irons Oaks is seeking a part-time Facility Attendant for evening and weekend rentals. The Facility Attendant is responsible for opening and closing the facility for after-hour and weekend rental groups. While groups are in the facility, the facility attendant is available to assist renters.   Good customer service skills and ability to make decisions, problem-solve and handle emergencies. High School graduate, 21+. Must be able to lift 30+ lbs. and do table and chair set-ups. Work would be every Sunday 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., along with nights and weekends as reserved.
