Lisa Grant Orthodontics Celebrates One Year in Homewood
After 20 years in Flossmoor, Lisa Grant Orthodontics moved to Homewood last year and on Tuesday, July 30, celebrated its one-year anniversary in the village. The business held a barbecue and ice cream feast at Irwin Park to celebrate.
Lisa Grant Orthodontics called Flossmoor home for the past 20 years—but last year, the business moved one town over, to Homewood. And things couldn’t be looking brighter for the business.
On Tuesday, July 30, staff celebrated the office's one-year anniversary in Homewood with a family barbecue at Irwin Park, with Coyote Run providing barbecue eats and Dairy Queen dishing out frozen dessert treats.
“The past year has been amazing,” Grant said. “It was great practicing in Flossmoor, but it's the neighboring town. So, it’s been great to stay in the community. … It’s been really great for the patients.”

Grant touted her Homewood location as a bigger space, with more assets at her disposal to help treat her patients.
“We are in a brand new facility, so we’re able to be more efficient and see more patients,” she said.

From a patient’s standpoint, Danielle Thieman, 14, said she loves the new facility and enjoys the fact that the business uses its patients in promotional materials.
“It’s awesome, I love being on the poster, and I hope it helps they draw in customers,” Thieman said.
