We are master personal trainers. We never choose a pat program but always start with the personal needs and goals of the client before designing an individual program. We always design programs keeping the risk low and the benefit high. Our master trainers orchestrate the perfect balance of assessment, programming and progression to give a training experience like none other.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

Owners Jeff and Rita Sachs were both on the staff of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, widely considered the number one certifying body for personal trainers in the world.

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?

Jeff and Rita Sachs already knew Homewood was a great place to do business. They never considered any other community. They have lived in the Southern Suburbs their entire lives and have owned businesses in Homewood since 1979.
