What Should Go Here? Former Super Loot Location
The Super Loot Store in downtown Homewood closed its doors and now the business location sits empty. Patch wants to know: What should go here?
Homewood’s downtown business district is teeming with local businesses to fulfill any resident’s needs. However, there are some business spaces that are currently for sale or lease in the area that could be the future home of another local business for residents to patronize. One such location is the former Super Loot, 2025 Ridge Road.
The business space, which is currently for sale by Keller Williams, is a corner location, with public parking in the rear of the building or on the street. Estimated annual taxes on the space are just over $28,000. Keller Williams is currently accepting offers on the space.
