Halsted Avenue is home to many businesses in the Homewood-Flossmoor area, including several shopping centers and retail stores. One such shopping center, at 17715 S. Halsted Avenue, features Jewel and Home Depot, but also has two retail spaces open for lease.
The two spaces, which were formerly the Fashion Bug and Dollar Tree locations, feature more than 5,000 and 9,000 square feet of space respectively. Both locations offer ample parking, high visibility and heavy heavy traffic flow from potential customers.
Listed for $14- and $15-per-square-feet, the two spaces could be the future home of a national retail store, a coffee shop or something else.
