Chiropractic Care is adding a Health and Wellness Center

It is with great pleasure that Dr. Ralph Kruse announces the expansion of Chiropractic Care in Homewood! We will continue to treat patients and provide the same services at our current location at 2417 W. 183rd Street as we have for over 13 years. The new Health and Wellness Center at 2421 W. 183rd Street is immediately next door and allows us the space to more efficiently provide our usual services but also offer exciting new healthy opportunities. We will continue to provide our spinal and posture rehabilitation in a larger and better equipped space and will also be offering group exercise classes as well as health education lectures. The extra 1000 square feet allows us to provide boutique classes in the wellness studio.

As we develop and schedule for theses workshops, lectures, and classes, we welcome input from our patients and friends. The studio offerings will continue to grow based on your input and the availability of the most talented instructors we can find.

During our soft opening, our schedule includes: foam rolling instruction, resistance band exercises, Myosphere demonstrations, belly dancing classes, Svaroopa Yoga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. We plan on scheduling Back School, multiple educational lectures on back and neck pain, Zumba classes, and Fitness ball classes among others. As an adjunct to the services at Chiropractic Care, we hope to provide diverse options for healthy activities.
