I'm a person skilled at a wide range of repairs around the home.  Including maintenance, light plumbing jobs such as fixing or replacing leaky faucets or toilets or light electrical jobs such as changing or replacing a light fixture, switch or outlet.

REPAIRS
Light Plumbing-Repair or Replace leaking toilets, faucets etc. Broken Fences, Porch or Window Screens. Patching grout or drywall. Carpentry

MAINTENANCE
Yard Maintenance-Mowing, raking, trimming. Indoor/Outdoor Painting.  Window Unit Air Conditioner Removal and Installation. Deck Work. Window washing.

ASSEMBLY WORK
Bikes, Playhouses, Furniture etc,
