Allstate agency owner Louis Dodd received the Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to helping others. With this award came a $1000 grant from The Allstate Foundation for the Jack And Jill Of America Foundation Inc in Flossmoor, where Dodd volunteers. Jack and Jill of America Foundation, Inc. is the philanthropic arm of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Since its inception in 1968, the Foundation has distributed millions of dollars to communities all across America.

The Allstate Foundation awards more than $1 million every year to nonprofit organizations across the country in honor of dedicated Allstate agency owners who give back. To be eligible for nomination, Allstate agency owners must with volunteer, mentor or lead a nonprofit of their choice.
