Last Chance for Park District Bike Rodeo

The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District will host its annual Bike Rodeo on Saturday, May 18 at the H-F Sports Complex. The event is open to all children ages 5 to 15 and is free to attend.

The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District is getting ready to kick off summer in exciting two-wheeled fashion, with its annual Bike Rodeo on Saturday, May 18, at the H-F Sports Complex. The event, which takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. is open to all children ages 5 to 15.

During the event, attendees will be able to participate in a bike safety check, before taking part in events like the Snail Race, Crazy Crossroads, Demon Driveway, Quick Turn and more. The event will also feature demonstrations by a BMX Bike Team and a moon jump, too.

Walk-up registration is available for the event, which is free to attend and also offers bikes for rental at a cost of 50 cents.
