‘Starry Nights’ Outdoor Concert Series Returns for 27th Year
This year's free outdoor concert series includes a mixture of local and regional acts for the whole family to enjoy.
The H-F Park District’s “Starry Nights” outdoor concert series is back at Irwin Park for the 27th year.
Three free shows are scheduled at the Irwin band shell this summer:
- June 13: H-F Community Band, Final Say
- June 27: H-F Community Band, The Dancing Noodles
- July 25: 2012 Homewood Idol winner Phallon Boyd, Spoken Four
On all three dares, opening acts will begin at 7 p.m. with headline entertainment around beginning at 8 p.m.

Food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are available for purchase. In the case of rain, shows migrate to the H-F Auditorium.
