It’s a boat! It’s a plane! It’s the 2nd Annual South Suburban R.C. Air & Water Show being held Saturday, August 10th from 10 a.m. to Noon.
Get out your aviator glasses and bomber jackets for this action packed morning as remote controlled boats, planes and helicopters buzz around Dolphin Lake, located at 183rd Street and Governors Highway in Homewood, Illinois.
These war birds will be sure to grab the kids attention with dare devil thrills in the air and on the water! Flying and aerobatic demonstrations will be provided by the Suburban Aero Club of Chicago, Model Masters, Palos R.C. (serving the South and Southwest Suburban Chicago area) and Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) chartered clubs.

The South Suburban R.C. Air & Water Show, presented by the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District is a FREE event celebrating the exhibition of aircraft and piloting skills. All children in attendance are eligible to apply for a FREE membership to the AMA.
