Free Diabetes Health Fair

Advocate South Suburban Hospital in partnership with the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois will host a diabetes health fair. Highlights of the event include free screenings for blood glucose, blood pressure, BMI, and urinalysis. Fasting is not required for screenings.
