Learn how to lower your mortgage payments and get the relief you need at the Spanish Coalition for Housing's free workshop at Prairie State College on Dec. 7.
You don't need to be Spanish or Spanish-speaking to attend
HUD-approved housing experts will help homeowners troubleshoot their current situations.
All attendees are asked to bring the following to help streamline the process:
- Last two years of tax returns
- Most current mortgage statement and/or letters from your lender
- Last two months most currents bank statements (all pages)
- Documentation from other sources (alimony, child support, Social Security, rental, etc.)
- 60 days most recent pay stubs for all household members contributing toward mortgage payment
- If self-employed, the most recent quarterly or year-to-date Profit and Loss Statement
- Water bill, tax bill, and a current utility bill
