Do You Believe? Homewood Chevy Gala Helps Over 400 Kids

Homewood Chevy Owner Steve Phillipos is calling the annual tradition "a huge success."

More than 400 children in Harvey School District 152 and the Glenwood School for Girls and Boys were able to get warm clothes and a toy this holiday season thanks to the generosity of local community members and the staff at Chevrolet of Homewood.

Homewood's biggest auto dealership raised the proceeds through its fifth annual "Do You Believe?" holiday gala, held last month on Dec. 1.

As a thank you for the gift, the Harvey School Jazz Band serenaded the gala guests during the party.
