Homewood Days

Is Homewood days a thing of the past? Or will it be held this summer. I know there was some problems in the past with kids coming from other towns and causing trouble. However, I have a couple solutions to that problem. Any resident of Homewood should be allowed into the fest free with proof of residency. Non-residents should pay a fee that will help support the festival. All children under 15 must have adult supervision and those 16 or older must show their ID to get in and pay the entrance fee. Also, the festival area should be fenced to prevent people who are not following the rules from entering. I want Homewood days to continue, and it's just terrible that a few bad eggs who aren't even from our town are the ones ruining it. Let's weed them out by posing admission fees and having to show a valid ID. Trouble makers won't pay or they probably won't have an ID.
