Police Nab Man Suspected of Several Residential Burglaries

Jacob Lasiow, 30, was arrested by Homewood and Oak Forest police and charged with property damage and multiple counts of residential burglary.

Police have apprehended a suspect in a series of residential burglaries.

Jacob Lesiow, 30, of the 16100 block of Carse Avenue in Harvey, was arrested by detectives from the Homewood and Oak Forest police departments in the Governors Park neighborhood. He was charged with felony criminal damage to property by Homewood Police for a Sept. 21 case on the 1300 block of Hickory Road, which detectives are still investigating.

Oak Forest Police have also charged him with two counts of residential burglary, and Glenwood police have charged him with one count of residential burglary.
