Car Vs. Utility Pole Leaves Some Powerless Overnight
A car struck a utility pole near Ashland Ave. and Pine. around 11 p.m. Monday night.
Some Homewood residents were left without power Monday night after a car collied with a utility pole near the intersection of Ashland Ave. and Pine Rd.
The crash was reported around 11 p.m., according to Homewood firefighters. The driver was reported to have sustained minor injuries.
There is no indication any alcohol was involved.
