Flossmoor Police Search for Armed Robber
With the help of a canine unit, Flossmoor Police are working to track down a man police say is responsible for robbing a Flossmoor resident at gunpoint on the evening of Nov. 8.
Flossmoor Police are searching for an armed man who robbed a Flossmoor resident at gunpoint yesterday as he was returning from work, said Flossmoor Deputy Police Chief Mike Pulec.
The robbery occurred around 6:50 p.m. on the 1600 block of Princeton Road, according to the report. Police say the robber approached the resident as he was entering his garage and demanded his wallet while brandishing a handgun. The man gave over his wallet and the robber fled eastbound, the report said.
Police enlisted the help of a canine unit to search for the armed robber last night, but Pulec said there were no results.
