Police say at least one of the attackers is from Chicago Heights.

A 19-year-old man told police he was at Serena Hills School on Saturday, June 9 when he was "jumped" by 12 people, at least one of which was from Chicago Heights.

Police saw several injuries on the man, including "swollen eyes, crooked nose, redness of the face and small cuts on his face," according to the report. The man told police he was struck several times in the face with closed fists, but he refused medical attention.

Where is the school board in all this mess?
Caryn Smith June 20, 2012 at 08:40 PM
The man was clearly trespassing. This isn't a matter for the board as it is one for the police.
