SUNDAY, MAY 5

Retail Theft For Stolen Controller

Lucious Harding, 45, of the 1700 block of 90th Street, Chicago, was charged with retail theft, according to a report. He is accused of taking a Sony PlayStation 3 controller from Kmart, 17550 Halsted St. The video game accessory costs $54.99. Harding is due on June 14 in Markham court.

Miller Time & Retail Theft

Gregory Conard, 47, of the 600 block of 131st Place, Chicago, was charged with retail theft, according to a report. He is accused of putting six cases of Bud Light Lime Straw-Ber-Rita cans and three cases of Miller Genuine Draft cans into a shopping cart and walking out the door at Jewel-Osco, 3153 183rd St., without paying. A store employee stopped him at about 4:19 p.m. until police arrived.
