Snatched Catalytic Converter: Blotter

Police say the burglary happened on the night of Nov. 21.

Someone stole the catalytic converter from a car parked near the condo buildings in the 2300 block of 183rd Street, according to police.

Reports say the converter was stolen sometime between 10 p.m. on Nov. 21 and 10:30 a.m. the next day. The car was parked on the east side of the condo building, towards the north end of the lot.

The stolen converter was valued at $312.

Police report information is provided by the Homewood Police Department and other law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
