VIDEO: Homewood Firefighters Embark on "First Due Poker Run"

The first annual multi-stop motorcycle ride was held last Saturday. The 120-mile course began at St. Joe's in Homewood and ended at Lassen's Sports Bar.

If you were deafened by the roar of motorcycle engines in downtown Homewood last weekend, don't hold too much of a grudge—it was for a good cause.

The  Union hosted their inaugural “First Due Poker Run” last Saturday and, as the video indicates, turnout was pretty good.

The event featured a multi-stop motorcycle ride with games and prizes along the 120-mile course. Some of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Brian Carey Scholarship fund.
