Homewood Board Approves Budget Moves

The Homewood village board approved moving $58,500 in funds between tree trimming and sidewalks funds at its Tuesday, May 28 meeting.

The Homewood village board did a bit of book keeping at its Tuesday, May 28 meeting.

Trustees approved amendments to the FY 2014 budget, moving $20,000 allocated to sidewalks in the Engineering budget to tree trimming in the Land and Maintenance budget. They also shifted $38,500 of tree trimming funds to sidewalk funds in the Capital Improvements Projects fund.

The two moves were approved 5-0, with Village President Rich Hofeld and the four village trustees in attendance approving the moves.
