All across the nation, communities will be coming together on Tuesday, Aug. 6, for the 30th Annual National Night Out, and Homewood is no exception. Starting at 5 p.m., community members are invited to Irwin Park for a night of food, fun, unity and more.

National Night Out was conceived as a way to “strengthen communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage each other in stronger relationships with each other and with their local law enforcement partners,” according to a release on the Homewood website.
