Homewood Village Board Approves Omnibus Vote

All of the following agenda items were approved during last night’s board meeting:

• The 2011 annual report for the and Commission.
• The 2011 annual report for the Foreign Fire Tax Insurance Board.
• A resolution authorizing the village manager to contract for the purchase of electricity.
• A resolution approving previous executive session minutes and the authorizing of the destruction of previous executive session audio recordings.
• A resolution to determine which minutes or portions from select previous executive sessions no longer require confidential treatment.
• An ordinance providing the sale of certain personal property owned by the village.
• An ordinance correcting scrivener’s errors in the legal description attached to an ordinances concerning the .*

There was no new nor old business to vote on.

*Trustee Purcell did not vote on this item due to conflict of interest because of the business she owns that is located within the ECBD TIF.
