Trustees to Vote on New Incentive Program: On the Agenda

They'll also consider a request from Civilitea Gardens for up to $25,000 for property improvement.

Homewood Mayor Richard Hofeld will gather with village trustees on Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. for a regularly scheduled board meeting.

Among the agenda items is a vote to approve a new property incentive program for properties that fall just outside of TIF districts. Money for this pilot program would come from surplus funds generated by the now-closed Washington Park TIF.
