H-F Welcomes Students to Summer School

The final bell for the 2012-13 school year might have rung, but for some students, education is a year-round endeavor. Thanks to H-F's summer school program, students looking to pick up a few credits during the warmer months can do so.

Graduation has come and gone, and the final bell on the 2012-13 school year has rung for Homewood-Flossmoor High School. However, school isn’t out for the summer for some students, who will be attending H-F’s summer school program in the school’s south building.

The program, which runs Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12:50 p.m., will allow students looking to make up classes or pick up more credits for graduation to accomplish their tasks.

There will be two semesters of summer school, beginning June 10 through June 28 and July 1 through 19. There will be no classes on July 4. Busing is available for students to and from school for an additional cost.
