James Hart Physical Education Teacher Presented Morin Award for Teaching
James Hart physical education teacher Marci Breed is recognized for her outstanding contributions to School District #153.
physical education teacher Marci Breed was presented with Jerry Morin Excellence in Education Award.
The quarterly award recognizes outstanding teaching in School District 153 and was established in honor of former school board member Jerry Morin who retired in 2007 after 14 years of service.
honored Breed during its Oct. 11 meeting. Principal Michael Klein said Breed was cited for her role in developing the district's physical education curriculum and for her willingness to give her time and talents to coach and sponsor after-school activities.
