It was a great day to be a Viking AND a Wildcat today!
The HF Varsity Football team visited Willow School to help the students there celebrate how hard they worked during the first six weeks of school. Despite their big game tonight, the players took time to talk to the younger kids about being safe, ready, and caring (the Willow Way). In addition, they spent time in classrooms reading stories, telling the kids about high school, playing games, and making crafts. Some even got to sing and dance!
District 153 thanks the Vikings for being such great role models for our youngest students.
Go Vikings! We'll all be cheering for you tonight!
